Screening Visit
During a Screening Visit, you’ll go through several steps with the study team. It typically starts with an Informed Consent process, where everything about the study is explained to you and any questions you have are answered. From there, the team will review your current medications, past medical history, any prior surgeries, and a bit about your lifestyle and daily habits. They’ll also take your vital signs and have you complete some questionnaires. Depending on the study, a blood draw may be required as well.
